Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (USA-based; not available to residents of AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington, DC)
  • Shift-based scheduling (Mountain Standard Time)
  • Must be flexible to meet admission timelines and performance goals

What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Build trust and gather client information with empathy and professionalism
  • Explain financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs clearly
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including treatment consents and insurance details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as admission rates, client satisfaction, and time-to-admission

What You Need

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions preferred)
  • Track record of exceeding performance targets in sales or admissions roles
  • 1+ year of Salesforce experience
  • Strong multitasking ability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA standards (a plus)
  • Experience with adolescents or young adults in mental health contexts (a plus)

Benefits

  • Base salary: $54,000–$60,000/year
  • Target total cash compensation: $66,000–$84,000/year (includes bonus potential)
