Schedule
- Full-time, remote (home office)
- Must use a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Shifts are 8.5 hours (includes 30-minute lunch)
- Schedule falls within call center hours of operation:
- April – Sept: Mon–Fri 8am–2am ET; Sat 8am–11pm ET
- Oct – Nov: Sun–Sat 8am–2am ET
- Nov – Mar: Sun–Sat 8am–1am ET
What You’ll Do
- Engage members with empathy and professionalism across calls and digital platforms
- Build high-quality connections that establish trust and clarity
- Translate complex healthcare and benefits information into simple, clear terms
- Balance inbound service, proactive outreach, and digital engagement
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and all regulatory standards
- Multi-task effectively while maintaining focus and accuracy
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Passion for serving others and improving healthcare experiences
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
- Comfort with continuous learning and applying new skills
