Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (United States)
  • Non-exempt hourly role at $21/hr

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to introduce and enroll members into Vida’s programs using motivational interviewing and rapport building
  • Handle inbound calls for assessments, program enrollment, app navigation, and general inquiries
  • Provide empathetic, solution-oriented service while educating members about program offerings
  • Document all interactions accurately in the Member Services system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Resolve member concerns proactively and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Support special projects such as training updates, quality monitoring, and process improvements
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics for responsiveness and accuracy

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
