Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Non-exempt hourly role at $21/hr
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to introduce and enroll members into Vida’s programs using motivational interviewing and rapport building
- Handle inbound calls for assessments, program enrollment, app navigation, and general inquiries
- Provide empathetic, solution-oriented service while educating members about program offerings
- Document all interactions accurately in the Member Services system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Resolve member concerns proactively and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Support special projects such as training updates, quality monitoring, and process improvements
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics for responsiveness and accuracy
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
