Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Work at Home – Miami, FL)
- Standard business hours with flexibility to meet patient scheduling needs
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and pre-register patients while ensuring accurate insurance and authorization processes
- Provide bilingual customer service (English & Spanish), building trust and exceeding patient expectations
- Apply knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/procedure codes, billing, payments, and denials
- Maintain accuracy and productivity standards while using multiple computer systems
- Support point-of-service collections and financial counseling functions as needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of healthcare experience (preferred)
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to work across multiple systems
- Strong customer service, multitasking, and critical thinking skills
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
