Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Nationwide, USA)
- Occasional travel for client assessments or onsite support
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily workflows and monitor department performance to ensure client benchmarks are met
- Report on KPIs and lead ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance to team members on billing issues, best practices, and problem resolution
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for associates and supervisors
- Conduct huddles to review evolving training needs and encourage team development
- Support strategic planning and policy updates to align with organizational goals
What You Need
- 3–5 years of billing or revenue cycle management experience
- Supervisory or management experience with proven leadership skills
- Knowledge of EMR and clearinghouse systems (preferred)
- Experience in physician revenue cycle (preferred)
- Strong decision-making, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-driven team environment
