What You’ll Do
- Submit and manage enrollment applications through clearinghouses and payer portals
- Maintain payer site setups for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) delivery
- Ensure accurate client banking and enrollment form data across multiple payer systems
- Verify file transfers and ensure availability for Ensemble’s cash teams
- Provide timely enrollment submission follow-up to meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate across departments to maintain compliance with Ensemble and federal guidelines
What You Need
- 3–5 years of healthcare cash posting, medical office, insurance, or billing experience (preferred)
- Prior EFT, ERA/835, and EDI enrollment experience (required)
- Advanced Excel skills, including spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client clearinghouses and payer portals
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
