Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Schedule and pre-register patients for procedures based on physician orders
- Ensure patient safety by selecting accurate medical records and providing proper instructions
- Maintain a 95% quality rating while meeting productivity goals
- Mentor, train, and support schedulers transitioning from training to full-time work
- Assist with point-of-service collections and financial counseling functions as needed
- Provide ongoing support by answering staff questions and collaborating with leadership
What You Need
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required)
- 1–3 years of healthcare experience (preferred)
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or willingness to obtain within 9 months of employment
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to balance patient scheduling accuracy with mentoring responsibilities
