Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Review denied or unpaid claims, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Communicate directly with payers to follow up on claims, submit appeals, and secure reimbursement
- Track payment variances, analyze denial trends, and recommend solutions
- Document all activities and maintain compliance with regulations and payer requirements
- Use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to drive claim resolutions
- Collaborate with management on process improvements and efficiency initiatives
What You Need
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking and adaptability to changing procedures
- Ability to meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards
- Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree, plus 1+ year of experience in medical collections, AR follow-up, or revenue cycle work
