Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote (U.S.-based)
- Overtime may be required depending on workload and deadlines
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate provider enrollment applications for billing to various carriers
- Prepare and submit payer applications, CAQH profiles, re-attestations, and re-enrollment applications
- Review exception and “Applications Stopped in House” reports to prioritize critical issues
- Document and track data in Teamworks, ensuring timely updates and resolution of deficiencies
- Request and maintain IDX# from the billing center
- Communicate with payers to resolve application deficiencies or additional requirements
- Partner with Clinician Onboarding Liaisons and Credentials Coordinators to support the enrollment process
- Train staff on enrollment processes as needed
- Support Provider Enrollment department with special projects and reporting
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 1+ year of experience with contracts, legal documents, or healthcare-related work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with providers, Medical Directors, and leadership teams
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
