Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role with no weekend work
- Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST
- Nesting: 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST
- Production: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–9:30pm EST
- Weekly pay with performance-based incentives
What You’ll Do
- Handle 50+ inbound calls per day, providing customer service to members and providers
- Assist with inquiries, benefits, complaints, and plan procedures in a professional manner
- Educate members on services while maintaining a calm and helpful approach
- Support small projects or review knowledge updates during low call volume
- Meet and exceed call center metrics including QA scores, accuracy, and adherence
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or health plan settings
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet connection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred: Knowledge of Medicaid Managed Care
