Schedule
- Part-time role, fully remote (United States)
- Flexible hours supporting live broadcast schedules
- Reports to Sr. Manager of Programming
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the calendar of live events and event details across internal and external systems
- Communicate with partners and coordinate cross-departmentally to gather broadcast information
- Improve workflows for live broadcast scheduling
- Assist with strategic planning and scheduling of sports broadcasts
- Perform data cleansing, uploads, exports, and reporting in Salesforce
- Build customized reports and dashboards
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of the sports media industry
- Bonus: Salesforce experience and ability to read contracts
