Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Standard business hours; flexibility may be required
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor PI billing staff to ensure high-quality work and productivity
- Execute real-time call monitoring and provide on-the-spot coaching
- Maintain documentation to support staff accuracy scores and identify trends
- Pull and review call recordings to assess needs and improve quality
- Delegate job duties as needed to meet team production goals
- Communicate effectively with attorney offices, patients, and internal staff
- Follow departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college/university or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of attorney practices preferred
- Strong communication skills; able to establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers
- Proficiency with basic computer skills
- Ability to coach, delegate, and lead a team effectively
