Digitech is seeking a Payer Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist to manage payer enrollments, revalidations, claim submission follow-ups, and eligibility issues. This full-time remote role requires strong attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and technical proficiency to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure smooth payer enrollment
- Complete payer enrollments and revalidations within deadlines
- Follow up on claim submission issues, ERA retrieval, and eligibility concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Collaborate with project management, client relations, and billing teams to resolve implementation issues
- Learn and navigate Digitech’s systems, including payment posting screens and claim detail reports
What You Need
- EMS or medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and report project progress
- Knowledge of lockboxes and ticketing systems preferred
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new software and workflows
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Professional demeanor with the ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
