Digitech is hiring an experienced Medicare Biller to resolve EMS claims after submission to Medicare. This fully remote role requires detail orientation, persistence, and the ability to manage high volumes of claims while ensuring compliance with Medicare rules and filing limits.

- Standard business hours, with deadline-driven tasks
What You’ll Do
- Work Medicare claims that are pending, on hold, denied, or incorrectly paid
- Investigate and resolve issues preventing claims from release or payment
- Review denials to determine correctness and handle appeals or follow-up as needed
- Provide additional documentation to Medicare when required for claim processing
- Manage correspondence via mail, email, and handle necessary refunds
- Support other duties as assigned by management
What You Need
- Strong computer skills; proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Minimum typing speed: 40 WPM
- Ability to process large volumes of claims while meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with professional phone demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive company image
- Experience in monitored/metrics-driven environments preferred
