- Standard business hours with daily balancing requirements
What You’ll Do
- Receive and process payments made electronically, by paper check, and credit card
- Post payments promptly and accurately in client accounts
- Record and reconcile postings against bank statements or similar documents
- Ensure assigned client accounts are balanced daily
- Assist with other department duties as needed
What You Need
- Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail
- Previous experience handling payments and balancing accounts helpful
- Computer literacy; ability to work effectively with dual monitors
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable with strong follow-through
- Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure
- Professional demeanor and collaborative team player
- Quick learner who asks clarifying questions when needed
