This fully remote role is ideal for detail-driven professionals with medical billing knowledge who enjoy researching information, meeting deadlines, and ensuring claim accuracy before coding.

Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote position
- Standard business hours with deadline-driven workflow
What You’ll Do
- Receive and process patient care reports (PCRs) for assigned clients
- Gather, research, and verify insurance details including policy validity for date of service
- Confirm patient demographics such as name, DOB, and address—perform research if missing
- Ensure completeness of records prior to coding claims
- Support the Patient Billing Department with additional duties as assigned

- Knowledge of medical billing processes
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, pleasant demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy; ability to work with dual monitors
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner, detail-oriented note taker, and comfortable asking clarifying questions
