- Tuesday–Saturday, weekdays 8:30am–5pm ET, weekend 9am–5:30pm ET

What You’ll Do
- Engage with members via chat, phone, and messaging, resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Support claims processing, reimbursements, and Maven Wallet documentation
- Guide members through benefits navigation and fertility program processes
- Ensure accurate documentation for reimbursement requests
- Triage and resolve payment or technical issues quickly
- Maintain member-facing resources and support frontline staff with FAQs
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare, fertility benefits, or insurance
- Strong understanding of claims workflows and reimbursement processes
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- High empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive topics
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and comfort with tech systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
- Prior experience managing payments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred, not required)
