Schedule
- Remote role with 24/7/365 support team coverage
- Hiring for multiple shifts:
- Sunday–Thursday, 11am–7:30pm ET
- Tuesday–Saturday, 11am–7:30pm ET
- Monday–Friday, 11am–7:30pm ET
- Monday–Friday, 3pm–11:30pm ET
What You’ll Do
- Conduct introductory video appointments with members
- Provide guidance, resources, and education for care navigation
- Assist with member questions and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely access to care
- Identify referral needs and connect members with appropriate providers
- Anticipate and address social determinants of health challenges
What You Need
- Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
- 1–2+ years of patient care or digital health experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfort with technology tools and remote collaboration
- Track record of meeting KPIs in engagement, satisfaction, or productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in family planning, maternal-child health, or related areas
- Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, CRMs, EHRs, and Zendesk
- Certification or licensure in healthcare
- Fluency in Spanish or French
