Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Flexibility required for shifts, including some weekends and holidays
What You’ll Do
- Provide top-tier customer support across phone, chat, email, and text channels.
- Deliver one-call-resolution whenever possible to both consumers and providers.
- Track and manage a high daily volume of customer interactions.
- Document all inquiries and account issues with accuracy.
- Solve problems and escalate to management when needed.
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes and customer experience.
- Contribute feedback on strategies to refine team performance and company growth.
- De-escalate sensitive situations while maintaining professionalism.
What You Need
- 1+ years of customer support experience.
- Experience in consumer lending or financial products preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and resolve issues across multiple communication channels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in Excel/Google Sheets highly preferred.
- Startup experience a plus.
- Team-first mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- College degree desired; high school diploma or GED required.
Pay & Benefits
- $75,000 base salary
- $25,000 on-target bonus
