What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end event execution, including venue sourcing, booth design, production, and logistics.
- Manage sponsor deliverables, ensuring commitments are fulfilled and value maximized.
- Oversee event timelines, run-of-show documents, and simultaneous event coordination.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Support creative event design elements and activations to strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams on event-specific campaigns and communications.
- Create sales enablement resources such as playbooks, briefings, and outreach templates.
- Consolidate performance data into actionable insights for leadership and sales.
What You Need
- 4–5 years of B2B event marketing and trade show experience
- 1–2 years of team management experience
- Proven ability to manage events from planning through post-event reporting
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple events
- Experience with event tech platforms, CRM, and tools like Asana
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative
