Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Sunday through Thursday coverage required (EST or PST hours)
- Hourly, non-exempt position with PTO, benefits, and equity
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with court reporters in all markets.
- Schedule reporters for depositions using Steno’s tools with accuracy and speed.
- Manage weekend scheduling needs, including urgent or next-day jobs.
- Track deadlines and follow up to ensure transcripts are delivered on time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for reporter experience and process improvements.
- Recruit, vet, and train new reporters to expand talent pools.
- Support marketing campaigns to grow Steno’s court reporter network.
- Provide white-glove service and resolve scheduling or billing conversations professionally.
What You Need
- Prior experience at a court reporting agency strongly preferred
- Proficiency on Mac/PC; Google Drive and CRM familiarity a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Analytical thinker with the ability to pull reports and answer business questions
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excited to grow within a startup culture and handle weekend scheduling demands
