Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time Zone coverage required
- Hourly, non-exempt role with PTO, benefits, and equity
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with court reporters across markets.
- Use scheduling tools to coordinate depositions with accuracy and speed.
- Manage conversations around rates, invoices, and scheduling with professionalism.
- Recruit and vet new court reporters to meet growing demand.
- Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and programs for the reporter community.
- Track deadlines to ensure timely delivery of transcripts.
- Train reporters on Steno processes and tools, promoting best practices.
- Advocate for reporter experience by sharing feedback and supporting operational improvements.
What You Need
- Experience in a court reporting agency strongly preferred
- Proficiency on Mac/PC; Google Drive and CRM familiarity a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with comfort pulling reports and answering business questions
- Ability to manage both collaborative teamwork and independent decision-making
- Excited to grow within a dynamic startup environment
