Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do
- Contact clients via phone and email to manage the collections process.
- Send monthly statements and verify payment status with client firms.
- Resolve outstanding account issues while maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborate with billing and account management teams to reconcile discrepancies.
- Deliver excellent, hospitality-driven customer service.
What You Need
- 1+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience
- Strong Excel skills (required); familiarity with Looker, Zendesk, or HubSpot a plus
- Comfortable with high-volume phone communication
- Critical thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom (remote-first environment)
- Experience in court reporting or legal industry is a bonus
