Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (must use hard-wired ethernet connection)
- Shifts are 8.5 hours (including a 30-minute lunch) assigned within call center hours:
- April–September: Mon–Fri 8am–2am ET, Sat 8am–11pm ET
- Oct–Nov: Sun–Sat 8am–2am ET
- Nov–Mar: Sun–Sat 8am–1am ET
What You’ll Do
- Support members across calls, chat, email, video, and outbound outreach
- Build trust through high-quality connections that empower members in their care
- Translate healthcare and benefits into clear, simple language
- Balance inbound service with proactive outreach and digital engagement
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards are met in every interaction
- Juggle multiple tasks—listening, talking, and typing at once—with professionalism
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Passion for serving others and improving the healthcare experience
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment
Salary
- $19–$24 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
