Magna Legal Services is hiring a Records Coordinator to join its Case Opening Unit. In this fully remote role, you’ll review and process client orders and subpoenas while providing outstanding client service and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Review and add client orders and court subpoenas into the system
- Scan and prepare client-submitted authorizations and legal documents
- Learn and apply court subpoena rules and service list procedures
- Communicate with clients daily to resolve questions and document issues
- Problem-solve client inquiries while prioritizing multiple assignments
- Confirm appropriate recipients for record requests
What You Need
- 2–3 years of experience in medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related field
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
Compensation
- $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (USD), based on experience, skills, and location
