Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote role
  • Requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Standard business hours with flexibility to support program requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and program activities
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Prepare materials, document outcomes, and follow up on action items for meetings and briefings
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and share insights
  • Drive process standardization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement practices

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of administrative or operations support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; workflow/automation tools a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile certification
  • Attention to detail, discretion, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for Public Trust clearance

Preferred: Experience with the VA or other government organizations
