As a Medicare-approved Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF), we partner with clinics nationwide to deliver accurate, economical, and clinically relevant patient monitoring programs. Our team combines industry-leading software, years of expertise, and a patient-first approach to improve care outcomes.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST
- Pay range: $20 – $23/hour
What You’ll Do
- Access multiple platforms (Merlin.net, CareLink, Biotronik, Latitude) to monitor patient compliance
- Contact non-compliant patients by phone, uncover barriers, and work with care teams to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot monitoring systems and ensure proper functionality for patient compliance
- Document compliance activities and escalate urgent issues immediately
- Provide patient education and support to enhance understanding and adherence to monitoring programs
- Deliver compliance reports to partner clinics and serve as a resource for physicians and clinical staff
- Stay informed on device technology updates that may improve patient compliance
- Contribute to company oversight and information security functions
What You Need
- Ability to learn transmitter systems for Medtronic, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Biotronik
- Excellent phone demeanor and patient education skills
- Empathetic, reliable, and professional with strong interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Preferred: Experience with pacemaker and ICD follow-up
