Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside in one of these states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY)
- Flexibility for evenings and/or Saturday hours required
What You’ll Do
- Contact responsible parties on high-risk or high-balance loans by phone or written communication
- Analyze delinquency causes and recommend appropriate actions to protect the Credit Union’s interest
- Provide accurate, professional information and maintain member-first service under pressure
- Support training of new employees and contribute to departmental training initiatives
- Document activity, report findings, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of repossession experience in consumer, direct, and indirect auto loans
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult conversations
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with schedule flexibility
- Proficient with standard office technology and PC systems
