Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (must reside in one of these states: AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY)
  • Flexibility for evenings and/or Saturday hours required

What You’ll Do

  • Contact responsible parties on high-risk or high-balance loans by phone or written communication
  • Analyze delinquency causes and recommend appropriate actions to protect the Credit Union’s interest
  • Provide accurate, professional information and maintain member-first service under pressure
  • Support training of new employees and contribute to departmental training initiatives
  • Document activity, report findings, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of repossession experience in consumer, direct, and indirect auto loans
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult conversations
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with schedule flexibility
  • Proficient with standard office technology and PC systems
