What You’ll Do

  • Interact with clients by phone, email, and mail in a courteous, professional manner
  • Manage inbound calls and assist with inquiries and requests
  • Place outbound calls to arrange the return of rental equipment
  • Resolve issues by clarifying, researching, and implementing solutions—or escalate if needed
  • Document details of every client interaction accurately
  • Handle complaints and refer them to the proper channels
  • Maintain security of sensitive materials and data
  • Persuade clients to reconsider cancellation and convert eligible accounts to private pay when coverage ends
  • Track communication trends and recommend process improvements
  • Keep detailed records and update customer files as needed
  • Meet productivity and quality goals

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
  • Professional, patient-focused demeanor
  • Flexibility for overtime if needed
  • No prior experience required—training provided

Compensation

  • $17.00 per hour
