Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA)
- Paid training (first 3 weeks): Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET
- Regular schedule: Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
- 100% attendance required for first 60 days
- Private, distraction-free workspace + reliable internet (min 80 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up)
What You’ll Do
- Support Spanish- and English-speaking callers on credit card questions and issues
- De-escalate with empathy; identify root causes and present clear next steps
- Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements precisely
- Complete accurate, efficient after-call documentation
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center/retail/hospitality a plus)
- Fluent Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics
- Tech-savvy; quick with new tools and multitasking across screens
- Sound judgment, calm under pressure, fast and accurate typing
- Coachable, adaptable, and goal-oriented
