Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
What You’ll Do
- Submit, track, and escalate issues related to agent client credentials
- Manage new hire ID provisioning and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate rosters in Salesforce and QuickBase
- Track attrition and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Training, and Recruiting to support provisioning needs
- Ensure compliance with Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements
- Analyze and resolve issues quickly while keeping stakeholders informed
What You Need
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills with urgency and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBase, or other database platforms
- Background in contact center operations or BPO a plus
- Project management skills or experience
