Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
  • Must be available during Contact Center hours
  • Attendance is critical—100% participation required during the first 90 days of training

What You’ll Do

  • Provide empathetic, professional support via phone and web-based channels
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries, explaining benefits, and resolving billing or insurance issues
  • Track and update orders, ensuring patients stay informed
  • Manage 30–50 calls per day with accuracy and compassion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries quickly
  • Meet performance goals for productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to patient needs
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a distraction-free workspace
