Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (no weekends required)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm PT
- Weekly pay: $16/hour base rate
What You’ll Do
- Verify member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim statuses
- Estimate out-of-pocket expenses and explain copayments
- Answer provider and member calls in line with performance standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BroadPath, and client policies
- Strive to deliver a positive, professional call experience
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months of Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Provider and Member Customer Service Representative
- 1+ year of remote work experience
- Strong multitasking skills: typing, searching, and navigating multiple screens
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to stay focused and productive in repetitive tasks
- Flexible to adjust to client-driven scheduling needs
