What You’ll Do
- Make scripted outbound calls to gather customer opinions and feedback
- Deliver survey information and document responses accurately
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while communicating with customers
- Provide a positive experience for every interaction
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency
- Open availability for the duration of the campaign
- Equipment requirements:
- Windows 10 PC or laptop (no Mac/Chromebook/tablet)
- Hardwired internet (10 Mbps down/6 Mbps up minimum)
- 2 monitors (13” or larger)
- VoIP USB headset with microphone
- Webcam for training sessions
- Dedicated quiet workspace free of distractions
