Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (hybrid option available)
- Compensation: $26.30 – $43.87/hour plus annual bonus eligibility
- Requires broadband internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum; fiber, cable, or DSL only)
What You’ll Do
- Prepare ad-hoc journal entries to support withholding compliance
- Reconcile monthly state withholding balances and prepare return filings
- Create monthly variance reports using Thomson Reuters Onesource
- Assist with finance department projects and research
- Maintain accurate process and procedure documentation
What You Need
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with withholding tax forms (945, 941, 1099, 1042-S, W-2, W-8, W-9) preferred
- Foundational understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
