Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Available to candidates in Texas, Georgia, Ohio, and Alabama
- Company-issued equipment provided
- Compensation: $16–$18/hour plus bonus
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and accept inbound calls for past-due accounts
- Negotiate and secure payments on delinquent accounts
- Provide professional, respectful customer service while problem-solving
- Adhere to company standards and FDCPA guidelines
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of collections experience (required)
- 5 years of prior call center experience preferred
- FDCPA knowledge strongly preferred
- Professional phone etiquette with strong negotiating skills
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and communicate clearly
- Stable internet connection: hardwired broadband (25 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up minimum)
