Schedule
- Part-time, fully remote position
- Flexible hours with a customer-first mindset
- Compensation: $12–$14/hour
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to voicemails/emails within 24 hours
- Prepare, approve, and send job proposals; schedule work after deposits are received
- Manage daily scheduling of Home Techs and onsite visits for proposals
- Communicate job updates with customers and coordinate with Service Techs and management
- Post updates on social media and company website with photos and testimonials
- Follow up with completed jobs for feedback and referrals
- Close out jobs in operational/accounting systems and send invoices
What You Need
- Prior customer service experience by phone
- Clear, pleasant speaking voice
- Home computer with microphone headset and high-speed internet
- Ability to pass background check
- Organized, responsive, and eager to exceed customer expectations
