Schedule

  • Part-time, fully remote position
  • Flexible hours with a customer-first mindset
  • Compensation: $12–$14/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to voicemails/emails within 24 hours
  • Prepare, approve, and send job proposals; schedule work after deposits are received
  • Manage daily scheduling of Home Techs and onsite visits for proposals
  • Communicate job updates with customers and coordinate with Service Techs and management
  • Post updates on social media and company website with photos and testimonials
  • Follow up with completed jobs for feedback and referrals
  • Close out jobs in operational/accounting systems and send invoices

What You Need

  • Prior customer service experience by phone
  • Clear, pleasant speaking voice
  • Home computer with microphone headset and high-speed internet
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Organized, responsive, and eager to exceed customer expectations
