Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must be available 10am–7pm EST
- Contact center environment
What You’ll Do
- Support integrated care and utilization management programs
- Process inbound calls from members, providers, and partners
- Provide education materials and strategies to improve care adherence
- Assist clinical staff in implementing member support interventions
- Maintain detailed reports while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of healthcare work experience
- 1+ year of telephonic customer service (healthcare preferred)
- Managed care or coding knowledge (ICD/CPT) a plus
- Certification as Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or related training strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and PC skills
