What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls for diverse businesses across North America
- Deliver professional, friendly, and patient communication on every call
- Type accurate, detailed messages free from errors
- Navigate multiple cloud-based systems with ease
- Work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment while maintaining composure
What You Need
- Previous receptionist, call center, or administrative experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot minor tech issues
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Equipment: USB headset, keyboard, mouse, hardwired internet (20 Mbps down/5 Mbps up), and a quiet workspace
