Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (with option for hybrid at Voya offices)

What You’ll Do
- Review complex claims and excess risk cases, making informed judgment calls
- Provide direction and mentoring to claims staff, including audits and feedback
- Respond to inquiries from brokers, administrators, and managers
- Manage claim suspense accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and reporting
- Handle mid-policy and year-end audits
- Participate in system testing, process improvements, and department projects
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of claims or insurance experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (macros, pivots, formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership ability and proven mentoring experience
- Excellent written, oral, and negotiation skills
