Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Regular schedule adherence required

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers
- Schedule preventative health screenings and high-risk appointments
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information
- Conduct surveys and welcome calls
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused service every day
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Strong computer and data entry skills; experience with Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service, communication, and compassion
- Ability to stay organized and adhere to schedules
- Home setup: two monitors (minimum 22” with HDMI/Display ports)
