Schedule

- Full-time role reporting to the HR Business Partner
What You’ll Do
- Manage HR administration tasks: contracts, reference letters, recruitment ads, interview coordination
- Oversee employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with laws and best practices
- Support managers on training, development, and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with payroll for accurate and efficient processing
- Administer benefits including health insurance, pension, and tax-saver schemes
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and exit interviews
- Ensure GDPR compliance in HR data and filing systems
- Support global HR system implementation and projects
- Monitor probation, contracts, and appraisal periods
- Manage HR wellbeing and engagement programs
What You Need
- HR qualification or relevant degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
