Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm MST
- Requires flexibility in leading a team across shifts and maintaining service standards
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews for team members
- Manage schedules, workload distribution, and call quality standards
- Ensure consistent communication with clients, families, and referral sources
- Develop and implement best practices across the admissions and discharge process
- Report admissions team performance to executive leadership
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring Admissions or Sales teams
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare admissions
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
- Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA and mental health services a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
