What You’ll Do
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to Medicare members about screenings, vaccinations, and medication refills.
- Use motivational interviewing to identify barriers and encourage healthy behaviors.
- Document member data in CRM tools to support HEDIS quality initiatives.
- Act as a member advocate, coordinating care between health plans, providers, and pharmacies.
- Educate members on available benefits and guide them through Aetna tools and resources.
- Take ownership of member issues and connect them with additional services as needed.
- Support departmental quality goals by capturing accurate data and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer literacy in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with experience interacting with medical providers and/or clinical staff.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent experience with HEDIS screening measures and behavior change.
- Bilingual/multilingual candidates strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of healthcare, health education, outreach, or health coaching experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or medical certification (CNA, MA, etc.) a plus.
- Prior call center experience.
Pay Range
- $17.00 – $31.30/hour
- Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or incentive programs.
