Schedule
- Full-time, remote (must reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT)
- Two-week paid training program before taking live calls
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls to assist customers through the loan application process
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
- Conduct proactive outreach to help customers complete pending applications
- Update customer accounts with accurate, timely information
- Maintain exceptional service standards in both verbal and written communication
- Contribute to a positive, supportive call center environment
Requirements
- Prior call center experience preferred
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and documentation practices
- Customer-centric approach, adaptable to different personality types
- Proven multitasking and time management skills
Compensation
- $17/hour + potential bonus opportunities
