Help patients stay on track with their cardiac care while working from home. Cardiac RMS by DocGo is seeking a Patient Engagement Coordinator to support compliance and education for patients using remote monitoring technology.

Backed by DocGo’s healthcare innovation platform, our mission is to deliver accurate, cost-effective, and patient-centered remote monitoring solutions. Our experienced clinical team works with partner clinics nationwide to ensure patients receive consistent, high-quality care.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST
Pay & Benefits
- $20 – $23 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Access and monitor patient compliance in systems such as Merlin.net, CareLink, Biotronik, and Latitude
- Contact patients by phone to address and resolve non-compliance issues
- Troubleshoot monitoring systems and ensure technology functions properly
- Document all compliance activities and escalate concerns when needed
- Provide patient education and collaborate with care teams to improve compliance
- Stay current with developments in device technology and compliance best practices
- Support physicians and clinical staff as a compliance resource
- Contribute to oversight, documentation, and information security
What You Need
- Strong phone presence with patient education and support skills
- Empathetic, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements
Preferred
- Experience with pacemaker or ICD follow-up is a plus
