Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
- Open 7 days a week; weekend flexibility required
- High call volume: 75–100+ inbound/outbound calls per day
What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed service appointments
- Exceed KPIs for conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue goals
- Recommend additional repairs, maintenance packages, and service upgrades
- Deliver a VIP customer experience with clear communication and trust-building
- Use CRM tools to track leads, schedule appointments, and log interactions
- Collaborate with shop teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
What You Need
- Experience in inside sales, call center, or sales development (automotive a plus)
- Strong phone presence with ability to manage high call volumes
- Consultative selling style—able to influence and close without being pushy
- Skilled at hitting or exceeding sales KPIs
- Proficiency with CRM systems and accurate typing (40+ WPM)
- Goal-driven mindset with strong organizational and customer care skills
