Schedule
- Full-time or part-time hours available
- Temporary role through December 31, 2025
- Must have open availability, including flexibility for shifting priorities
- Remote position with company-provided technology
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule patient appointments
- Answer inbound calls and provide pre- and post-visit support
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and document patient interactions in CRM/EMR systems
- Assist patients with check-in/check-out and non-clinical documentation
- Support providers and mobile clinicians with real-time coordination needs
- Handle patient records, letters, forms, and follow-up communications
- Maintain professional communication with patients, coworkers, and field staff
- Meet QA and KPI performance standards
- Adapt to evolving department needs and assignments
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior call center or phone-based support experience
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and similar tools
- Strong listening, communication, and multitasking skills
- Critical thinking and sound judgment in fast-paced situations
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, patient scheduling, or medical billing
- Familiarity with CRM systems, AthenaHealth EMR, and Five9 phone systems
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $16–$20.34 per hour
