Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
- Evening shift required once per week (until 9 pm)
- One Saturday shift (8 am–4 pm) every 7 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Verify customer loan information via inbound and outbound calls (identity, SSN, address, employment, project completion, etc.)
- Use critical thinking and active listening to spot unusual scenarios and ask clarifying questions
- Accurately update information in operating systems and document notes per company standards
- Provide information to customers about interest, statements, and account details
- Handle dealer calls regarding verification disputes, loan terms, and project completion status
- Review loan processing documentation to ensure accuracy and proper routing
- Escalate risk-related issues to management when necessary
- Maintain strong knowledge of FFC policies and procedures
What You Need
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience required
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and internet tools
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Professional phone presence and polished verbal/written communication
