What You’ll Do
- Review and process requests for Service Member Civil Relief Act (SCRA) eligibility and continuation
- Validate and update Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) data to ensure timely loan adjustments
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly ARM index reviews and updates
- Review partial release requests and coordinate with customers and internal counsel until final decision
- Ensure buydown agreements and balloon notes align with servicing platform setup
- Perform loan-level maintenance across all special loan types
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and timely completion of loan servicing functions
What You Need
- Associate degree or equivalent education/experience; 6 months–1 year in mortgage servicing, loan processing, or post-closing preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and servicing documents
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills, including percentages, proportions, and interest calculations
- Ability to work independently under general supervision, exercising sound judgment
